Shipping Policy and Rates

Important:

Orders placed on the website are not processed until the next business day. You must call us before 1:00 p.m. CST if you want your order shipped today (Monday-Friday). $3 Rush fee still applies. Orders placed Friday-Sunday are processed the following Monday.
Ex: You place a Rush order at 1:00 a.m. Friday. Your order will ship on Monday.

Basic Shipping Rates for the U.S.
$6 for subtotal to $25.00
$7 for subtotal of $25.01 to $50.00
$9 for subtotal of $50.01 to $75.00
$11 for subtotal of $75.01 to $100.00
$12 for subtotal of $100.01 to $150.00
$14 for subtotal of $150.01 to $200.00
$16 for subtotal of $200.01 to $250.00
6% for subtotal over $250

General Shipping:

Your domestic (U.S.) order should arrive in a week to ten days after our receipt of it. During the December holidays and the Spring rush season (around the time of the publication of the catalog), our volume tends to be much higher and there may be delays. If you must have your order by a certain date, it's best to call our toll-free number (800-258-8579) and either place your order with one of our customer service representatives, or check on approximate delivery times. Paying the $3 in-house rush fee will speed order fulfillment (see below for other expedited shipping information).

Expedited shipping:

We offer UPS three-day, two-day, and next-day air services for additional fees. Saturday delivery is available in very limited areas and costs $15 plus rush and shipping charges based on the type of service you request. Please call us (800-258-8579) or 1-800-PICKUPS to confirm the availability of Saturday delivery service.

Same-day fulfillment is only available Monday-Friday,10:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. CST. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER TO BE FILLED AND SHIPPED ON THE DAY THAT YOU'RE PLACING IT. Any expedited orders received after the cutoff time will be filled and shipped at the next available opportunity. Expedited orders are subject to in-house rush fulfillment charges ($3.00) as well as appropriate shipping fee.

Shipping Methods:

If your product total is less than $100 and you've given us a postal address, we'll ship via priority mail unless you specify UPS. If your product total is over $100, please provide us with a physical address within the UPS delivery area, and we'll ship UPS ground (or air if UPS ground service is not available). Only packages shipped via UPS get tracking numbers, so we strongly advise that you use this method of shipping for large orders.

International Orders:

We charge our non-U.S. customers actual shipping based on destination and package weight. Packages under four pounds will ship via USPS Global Priority Mail. Packages weighing four pounds and over will be shipped via Air Parcel Post.
