Custom Union-made T-shirts

Union T-Shirts are 100% cotton, heavyweight, pre-shrunk, and of course, made in the USA. Union screen printing is available for 500+ orders.

Additional Charges:
Screens are $30.00 each (1 per ink color)
XXL shirts are $1.50 more per shirt.
3X Shirts are $3.00 more per shirt.
Long-sleeve shirts are $3.00 more per shirt.
Color (non-white) T-Shirts are $1.00 more per shirt.

Minimum Order

There is a 100 T-Shirt minimum for Union made T-Shirts.

Art Work

Graphics or more complicated design work is extra.
We prefer graphic in Photoshop or Illustrator formats.
Please do not email files larger than 500K.

We're happy to work from your digital files, but each printing technology has its own requirements. Please email art@northernsun.com before preparing electronic art for printing. We can't work from MS Office files or web graphics.
