Custom Women's Shirts

Our women's shirts are 100% cotton, pre-shrunk, and made in the U.S. We consider Hanes, Fruit-of-the-Loom, and Gildan to be sweatshop T-Shirts. U.S. made T-Shirts cost $1.00 more per shirt than sweatshop T-Shirts, but we think it's a good business practice to Buy American whenever possible. We hope you agree.

XXL and larger sizes are slightly more.

Minimum Order

There is a 12 Shirt minimum.

Art Work

Graphics or more complicated design work is extra. We prefer graphic in Photoshop or Illustrator formats Please do not email files larger than 500K.

If you'd like to request a bid for custom printing, please call our toll-free number (800-258-8579) or email at art@northernsun.com with as many specifics as possible: item type(s), quantities, ink colors, sizes, design type. We're happy to work from your digital files, but each printing technology has its own requirements. Please email art@northernsun.com before preparing electronic art for printing. We can't work from MS Office files or web graphics.
